I don't usually make New Year's Resolutions, and this year is mostly the same. I have however decided to pick up the pace from the last couple of years and spend more time telling you about news related to as an author.
So far in 2020 I've had my novel The Dark Stars out on submission with a publisher in the UK. This book used to be known as VOID SHIP and has now been updated for said publisher. I will keep you posted on the progress of that one.
Currently I am working on my new novel TRINITY, which I am keeping under wraps for now, story-wise. I finished the first draft at 86,200 words and am now into the edits and rewrites. So far no big issues have come up. Usually this process will add 3-5k to the draft, as well as clean up any narrative issues. I expect the process to take about a month. After that is goes to my agent, or perhaps some select editors that are friends of mine.
